Cancelling Web App Subscriptions
1. Login to https://www.listening.com/app
2. Go to https://www.listening.com/app/plan
3. From there, you'll see your Subscription specifics.
4. Click on the Cancel Subscription Button to process your cancellation.
If you see your Payment Method details as well as an option to Cancel your subscription from this page, then this means that you have a Web App subscription. You can process your Cancellation from this page
If you see a page that indicates that indicates that your subscription can be managed through Google Play or Apple Store, then this means that you have a Mobile App subscription. Mobile app subscriptions are kept separate from Web App billing since those subscriptions are managed by Google or Apple Support. Here's an example of what your Plan Page would look like if you have a mobile app subscription.
Cancelling Mobile App Subscriptions
1. Login to the mobile app.
2. Click on the Settings Icon located on the lower right.
3. Scroll down to the Plan section.
4. Click on Your Plan and Payment.
5. Click on Manage Subscription and you'll be redirected to your Apple Store or Google Play account where you can manage your Listening subscription.
