How do I cancel my Listening subscription?

You can cancel your Listening subscription at any time. The steps depend on where you originally subscribed.

Cancel a subscription purchased on the Listening website

  1. Log in to your account: https://www.listening.com/app/plan

  2. Click your name icon in the top-right corner.

  3. Select Plan from the dropdown menu.

  4. Click Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.

Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Cancel a subscription purchased through Apple (iPhone or iPad)

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, Apple manages your subscription.

To cancel, follow Apple's instructions here:

Cancel a subscription purchased through Google Play (Android)

If you subscribed through Google Play, Google manages your subscription.

To cancel, follow Google's instructions here:
Google Play → Manage subscriptions

Important

Deleting the Listening app does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel through the platform where you originally subscribed.

What happens after I cancel?

After cancelling, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your subscription will not renew and you will not be charged again.
